Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. We ship to every country in the world. Free shipping is available worldwide (During promotions free shipping may not be included).

Tell me more about the product.

The starting point for each product is quality and craftsmanship. Every piece is handcrafted and produced in Portugal with materials such as fine Italian leathers, calfskin linings and Margom soles. The soles are built to last and has been stitched and glued for longer durability and everyday use.

Product Availability

If your selection is out of stock, let us know what you’d like through our email. As soon as we receive it back in stock, we will let you know so you can place your order. For special releases, we will offer a pre-order option or add you to a waitlist.

What size should I get?

Until this moment all the models released fit true size. If you need some help just send us a email.

Can I Cancel My Order?
We always make the best to ensure that your order is shipped as fast as possible, which means your order normally dispatches the same day as the order is made. Whithin this we can not cancel any orders that has been sucessfully placed.

I put the wrong size/style in my order?
After any completed purchase, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. Once received by you it's possible to start your return/exchange process to get the style desired. You will receive a full refund including shipping fees once the package is back at our warehouse. 

I used the wrong address?
Just contact us through support@onismofficial.com. Our team will do is very best to help you. Please note that once the package has been shipped we cannot guarantee any address changes.
